Ruud van Empel (b. 1958) is Dutch photographer and visual artist born in Breda, Netherlands. His photo collages use both traditional and digital techniques. He has had exhibitions worldwide, including at the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands and the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego, California, and his work is held by collections including the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and the Fonds National d'Art Contemporain in France.
