James Marshall (b. 1968), also known as Dalek, is an American artist and designer born in New London, Connecticut. His work merges animation, Japanese pop art, and a geometric, urban aesthetic, today working in an abstract style. He is perhaps best known for his Space Monkey character. He started out with graffiti art, slowly transitioning to canvas.
